Nobody's Perfect!
Dear Fellow Toastmaster!
What an inspiring and courageous meeting we had on May 21! The theme, โAre You Willing to Suck?โ, challenged us to embrace vulnerability, push past perfectionism, and grow by showing upโeven when we're not yet great.
Thank you to Peter, David, Helen and Shubham for stepping up and taking on functionary roles for the meeting.

๐ฃ๏ธ๐๐ต๐21st of May Club Meeting Highlights
Last Wednesday, Gene set the tone perfectly by reminding us that greatness begins with the willingness to start imperfectly..
During our meeting we:
๐Caitlin delivered her icebreaker speech " 93 'til Infinity", It was amazing to hear about her journey from college to career path and back to pre-college time.
๐ Lisa inspired us with "Tap and Slurp Jell ", which included a live tap dance performance and lots of jelly giveaways! (๐Best Prepared Speech๐)
๐ตScott spoke on "The New Deal for GGTM.โ. This is where we could see a video of him & Alex rolling on cash! Just joking :) In this speech he clarified the new billing structure for the club and reasons why it makes sense.
๐ฃ๏ธ Alex Wu educated us on world war and told a story that was fluid with his speech "When Survival Cannot Be Expected"
Helen had very innovative prompts with wardrobe items for members to talk about clothing! Leading to Hannah winning (๐Best Table Topic๐).
Juan won for his evaluation of Alex (๐Best Evaluation๐).
Thank you to our other evaluators tonight.
Thank you to Sheila ran the evaluation section with precision and thoughtful feedback.
